During the last week the observing schedule was replanned to include
an observation of XRF040825 that was approved as a fast turn-around
Target Of Opportunity (TOO) on Aug 31. Loads were replanned and
uplinked on Sep 1 for observing on Sep 2. An observation of M1-92 was
impacted by the TOO and will be rescheduled for a later load. An
observation of SDS 0050-0052 was added to the schedule as a result of
the replan.
A real time procedure was completed on Sep 1 to uplink a flight software patch to allow the HRC event and anti-coincidence shield rates to be made available to the radiation monitor process for use in monitoring high radiation events. The patch is planned for future use within the radmon process, providing a backup to the EPHIN detector. The schedule of targets for the next week is shown below and includes an observation of 4U 1957+11 coordinated with XMM-Newton. |
