Operations CXO Status Report

Friday 5 December 2014 9.00am EST

The observing schedule is being replanned to incorporate observations of CXOJ122518.6+144545 and ASASSN-14li, which were accepted as Director's Discretionary Time Targets of Opportunity on Nov 26 and Dec 4 respectively. The new schedule, with a planned start of Dec 8, is still in work.

A real-time procedure was executed on Dec 3 to perform a routine self-check of the Electrical Interface Assembly (EIA) Sequencer.

Updates to the Telemetry Database and GRETA monitoring software were promoted to operations on the OCC Data System on Dec 5. The updates contain additions to account for a planned on-board change to the read-mode of several thermistors that will provide coverage of a wider temperature range in response to increasing temperatures.

All spacecraft subsystems continued to support nominal operations.
